The 72 sqm apartment, with an independent entrance, is located on the ground floor of a building and is composed as follows

The apartment is located in the port-sea area of ​​the city of Fano, in a location that lends itself both to a relaxing stay and to a more dynamic holiday: it is in fact located in a street away from the busiest and noisiest streets, but at the same time a stone's throw from the lido with a sandy beach and the most popular clubs, and just a ten minute walk from the historic city center. From this position, in a few minutes by car, it is also possible to reach all the most famous towns of the Romagna and Marche coast, and the characteristic villages of the hinterland. The characteristic fish market and the famous local restaurants of the town are also close at hand. All essential services are within easy walking distance: the first minimarket is located within 400 meters, bar and pharmacy within 600 meters.
