Ravissante authentique maison de pêcheurs datant du début 20ème siècle (appartenant au syndicat intercommunal) blottie au calme en lisière de prairies (avec les paisibles vaches charolaises comme potentielles voisines privilégiées), "sur les rives" du vaste & bucolique étang de pêche du Boussons (42 ha), site naturel classé pour ses habitats humides et sa faune & flore associées (ZNIEFF) car très poissonneux (carpes, brochets, perches, tanches, gardons...), dont l'usage pour l'activité « pêche » vous sera uniquement réservé durant votre séjour en mode « no kill » (privilège unique & exceptionnel !). Au sein d'un petit hameau résidentiel jouxtant le pittoresque paisible village typique de Saint-Didier-sur-Arroux niché sur un promontoire au creux d'un majestueux cirque paysager ouvert et vallonné, dominé par les douces montagnes du Couturier et de Dône offrant d'exceptionnels belvédères panoramiques sur le Morvan & la verdoyante vallée de l'Arroux.
