Between the Alps and the Po Valley, about 65 metres above sea level, Lake Garda lies in the Trentino-Alto Adige region to the north, in Lombardy to the west and in Veneto to the east. The three provinces of Trentino (north), Verona (east) and Brescia (west) share the administration.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The holiday villa is located in Pacengo near Lazise, is 140 m² in size, has two floors and is suitable for a total of 8-10 adults.
The holiday property consists of a large living room with dining table, bar counter and sofa bed, a kitchen, three large bedrooms (2 rooms with double bed and 1 attic room with single bed and 2 sofa beds) and two bathrooms.
Outside there is a terrace of approx. 8 m² with a Bavarian dining table. Free car and motorboat parking spaces in the enclosed car park directly in the inner courtyard. A buoy for the boat is also available directly at the harbour in Pacengo, a 5-minute walk away!
The villa has been newly renovated and has its own entrance.

1. contactless stayThe stay takes place without direct contact with the host or other persons; contactless payment and key handover are also possible on request (key safe available at the entrance).
2. disinfection safetyThe pre- and final cleaning of all holiday accommodations is implemented according to the regulations of the sanitary authority with a disinfection protocol against Covid-19, according to the guidelines of the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA).

There are large outlet centres near Lake Garda where you can find branded goods at bargain prices. The atmosphere is inviting, as the shops in the outlet centre are laid out like a small shopping street and not in a closed mall. The surrounding towns: Lazise, Garda, Bardolino, Peschiera, Sirmione, Valeggio + Verona offer natural beauty and interesting architectural monuments.

The small and somewhat picturesque harbour of Pacengo is also just a few minutes' walk away.
