Apartment building on the edge of the old town centre of Malcesine, with a view of Lake Garda and a little private beach
This pretty, two-storey apartment building built in 1900 is in Malcesine, a stone’s throw from the old town centre and very close to the lake.
There are three simply, but fully furnished two-room apartments of different sizes to let, two of which have a balcony and a view of the lake.
The house has a little private beach, which all guests can access free of charge. Each apartment has two sun loungers and a parasol reserved there. There are three free parking spaces on site (in the courtyard, depending on the size of the vehicle) and additional parking spaces in front of another house belonging to the owners, who also offer transfers to and from the airports in Verona, Brescia and Bergamo.
Malcesine in the north of Lake Garda is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the region. All shops, bars and restaurants in the lively old town centre with its narrow alleys are within walking distance of the accommodation, as well as the Scaliger Castle visible from afar, which stands on a promontory right by the shore of the lake and has a tower affording a view over the lake and its beaches. Good wind conditions draw many windsurfers, kite surfers and sailors. The lake with its beautiful flowery promenade is within walking distance, too, and offers a good starting point for a variety of hiking tours. There is a cable car from Malcesine to Tratto Spino at 1760 metres above sea level, where you can explore the rich flora of the nature reserve around Monte Baldo. You can go on day trips to nearby Verona (60km), Sirmione (50km) or Trento (60km) to discover their unique cultural heritage or to go on shopping tours. The lagoon city of Venice is also just 180km away.
The flat is located on the first floor of a house from which there is direct access to a small private beach. The flat directly overlooks the lake, with a beautiful 180-degree view. Each unit has 2 sun beds and a sun umbrella.
The apartment is adjacent to the historic centre and there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The supermarket is 250 m away, the cable car is 400 m away, and the playground is 70 m away.
The flats are equipped with crockery and everything necessary for cooking, microwave oven, toaster and electric coffee machine,. bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Included in the price we also provide bed, bath and kitchen linen on a weekly basis.
All flats have satellite TV .

Each flat has a parking space. If the parking spaces available in the courtyard of the house, are occupied, we always provide a parking space at mt. 300 in the other land of the owner.
