The apartment is on the ground floor of a new building. The area is rural and quiet.
Outside you can find a terrace with seating furniture, as well as an outdoor shower. The house is surrounded by a large garden. The site is enclosed by a stone wall. A car parking space is provided, as well as a barbecue. A bicycle is available for use.
It can accommodate up to three people. There is a living and sleeping area, with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for preparing meals, as well as a dining table with chairs. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The apartment has air conditioning.
Within a radius of 200-500 metres, and therefore within easy walking distance, there are cliffs with a small sandy bay. Sports activities, a water park, swimming pool, restaurant, pizzeria and supermarket are also nearby. In just five minutes by car you can get to large beaches with pine forests or the centre of Gallipoli.
