The apartment has 47 qm, 2 rooms, kitchen, floor, bathroom and is in the second floor in a quite one family house and has a separate entrance. In the sleeping room is a big double bed(180x200), and in the living room is a couch only for 2 children. Every Child or further person 20,- Euro per day. Sat TV, music equipment. The kitchen has 2 cooking plates, toaster, refrigerator, water cooker, microwave etc. Also for free tea, coffee and so on. WiFi also free.You must pay a city-tax of 5% for culture, which you must pay cash when you arrive during the check-in.100 Euro deposit at once cash, when you check-in.A free place for the car is direct in front of the house, but only guarantie for the weekend.
